How to register to use the portal

To use or see more information on how to use this portal, you will need to be logged on which means registering with us (if you are a K3 customer).


Who Is This Portal For?

This portal is for customers of K3 Business Technologies who have an active subscription or support contract for one of the following products:

Retail Manager
Hardware support only (Product Name is "OTHER")

How to Register / Sign Up

For initial registration, please click on the Signup link and enter your full name and email address (screenshot below). Please use your business address so that we can identify which company you work for.

The sign up page looks like the below (where we have filled in an example).

You will then see a confirmation banner above the login page (see green banner in screenshot below).

There's nothing more for you to do until we have sent you an activation email - see the next section.

Please note that  your email address must not be registered already. If we already have your email address in our system, you will see an error like the below. If this happens, then you may need to reset your password - please see How to reset your password

Activate Your Account

Once you have registered, we will review your request, match you with your company record in our system, and send an activation email which will ask you to set a password. Screenshots of this process are below:

Once you have entered your password and clicked on the "Activate and Log in" button, you will be logged in with the confirmation message shown in the green banner below

Once you are logged in, you will be able to see more information on how to use this portal, submit tickets, see all of your tickets (and your colleagues as well if you ask us to enable  you to see them), and search our knowledge base for answers to any queries you may have
