Who Is This Portal For?
This portal is for customers of K3 Business Technologies who have an active subscription or support contract for one of the following products:

Viji | Hardware support only (Product Name is "OTHER") |
How to Register / Sign Up
Click on the Signup link and enter your full name and email address (screenshot below). Please use your business address so that we can identify which company you work for.
The sign up page looks like the below.
Please note that your email address must not be registered already. If we already have your email address in our system, you will see an error like the below. If this happens, then you may need to reset your password - please see How to reset your password
What Happens After Registration
We will review your request, match you with your company, and send an activation email which will ask you to set a password.
Once you are logged on, you will see more information about how to use this portal, you will be able to submit tickets and see all your tickets, and search our knowledgebase for answers to your queries.
