Duplicate error when syncing

The error message below can appear when you try to sync newly created web items from RMS but have custom fields via quick editor blank.


If you're using custom fields in RMSify, please ensure you have filled in the custom fields with data and then run the sync again. The reason the error is displayed is due to RMSify trying to create new items with blank data for the fields which in turn makes RMSify thing these items will be duplicates on Shopify.
