The menus allow you to access various tools and functions within the application.
File > Database Settings | This will let you switch between RMS databases |
File > Exit | This will exit the application |
Options > Settings | This will take you to the settings screen to configure the software |
Options > Backup Database | This will backup the database the application is using |
Options > Require Login | This will toggle if you are required to log in to the app or not |
Updates > Check For Updates | This will update the software to the latest version |
Tools > Scheduled Stock Updates | This will allow you to schedule an automatic stock quantity update |
Tools > Multiple Web Stores | This is where you configure RMSify to update multiple web stores |
Tools > Web Item Filter | This is where you can filter what items get published to the web |
Tools > Custom Fields | This is where you define custom fields to extend your database |
Tools > Quick Editor | This is where you make quick wholesale changes to your database |
Tools > Print Logs | This will print the log from the user interface to help troubleshoot |
Tools > Delete All Custom Collections | This will delete all custom collections from your Shopify store |
Tools > Delete All Images | This will delete all images from your Shopify store |
Help > About | This will tell you the software’s current version number |
Help > Read Manual | This will open this user guide (PDF Reader required) |
Help > Send Logs | This is used by K3 support if we need to troubleshoot the software |
Help > Support Forum | This is a link to our support forum to get free help with the software |
